Naturecan assures us that it will not, now or in the future, sell any prescription or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals, ephedrine or any other substances prohibited by WADA.

You bear the risk of the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address you specified when ordering the products. We are not responsible if you provide an incorrect delivery address or fail to collect the products from the delivery address provided.

10. Right to opt out

If you have purchased goods or services as a consumer (i.e. for private use as opposed to business use), please note that you have the right to cancel any contract you enter into with us within 14 days of the day on which you take physical possession of the goods.

11. Price and payment

All prices quoted include VAT (if applicable) and are correct at the time they are entered into the system. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Orders with a delivery address outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once the delivery reaches its destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. Please note that customs policies and practices vary greatly from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.

Please note that when shipping goods from outside the UK, cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs. In relation to all goods sent to you to an address outside the UK, you are considered to be the importer of the goods and therefore must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are delivered.

Payments can be made using any major credit or debit card. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the goods are shipped or the service is provided to you. If payment is to be made by credit card, a pre-auth value of £0.01 will be held on the card until the payment is approved by the card issuer.

In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is incorrect and we discover this before accepting your order in accordance with clause 9, we will not be obliged to sell the goods to you at the price shown. We always try to ensure that the prices of goods shown on our website are accurate, but on occasion genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If you cancel your order and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.


You confirm that the credit or debit card used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses or does not authorize payment to us for any reason, we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.

If your credit or debit card payment is not processed successfully for any reason, we reserve the right to re-attempt to process the payment. We will notify you at least 48 hours in advance of any attempt to process a payment by sending an email to the email address you have provided to us. If you do not want us to attempt to process your payment again, you must cancel your order within 48 hours of us sending this email.

You can only use one discount code on each order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where more than one discount code has been added to the cart.

We allow you to use discount codes strictly on the terms and conditions on which they are issued, which, among other things, may include conditions relating to eligibility to use them and maximum order value.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order as we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that do not comply with these terms, even if your credit or debit card has been charged. If there is any inconsistency between the terms on which discount codes are issued and these terms and conditions, the terms of the discount code shall prevail. You can obtain a copy of the discount code terms and conditions by emailing or calling our customer service department.

You grant uk.naturecan.com and its sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.

You agree to waive your right to be identified as the author of such content and your right to object to derogatory treatment of such content.

You agree to perform all further acts necessary to perfect any of the foregoing rights granted by you to uk.naturecan.com, including the execution of deeds and documents, upon request by uk.naturecan.com.

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that on the date on which the content or material is uploaded to uk.naturecan.com.

20. Competitions

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. These rules will be deemed to apply to each competition unless any specific instructions in the competition state otherwise.

By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. All our decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Any person who is an employee or immediate family member of an employee of Naturecan Ltd. or any other person who is directly associated with the organization of the relevant competition is not eligible to enter.

All participants must be 18 years of age or older unless another age restriction is stated or implied. Participants who are under 18 years of age should obtain permission from their parents or guardians in advance.

All entries must be received by the competition deadline. Applications will be considered once they are submitted. We are not responsible for entries that are misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons, or received after the closing date.

We reserve the absolute right to disqualify, without notice, any competition entries which, in our opinion, use inappropriate technical measures and/or which, in our opinion, constitute fraud.

Participants are responsible for their own costs of access to computer networks.

We will not be liable for: (i) any failure by the winner or any entrant to comply with these terms and conditions; (ii) any disruption, delay or misrouting of reports; or (iii) any server, system or network failure, malfunction or unavailability.

We will be the organizer of all competitions subject to these terms and conditions, unless otherwise stated.

20.1 Prizes

If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value.

Only one prize will be awarded per household.

There will be no cash or other alternative to the prize offered and prizes are non-transferable.

20.2 Notification

The winner's name will be selected in a random draw, after the closing date, from all valid entries received.

The prize winner will be notified within 28 days after the winner has been determined.

Please allow 28 days for delivery of all prizes.

If the winner of a competition is unable to claim the prize for any reason, or if the winner cannot be notified after reasonable efforts, we may dispose of the prize in any way we deem appropriate without any liability to the winner.

In each competition, there is only one prize per participant/e-mail address. The names of the winners will be available upon request.

Winners' names may be published on our website and/or on our Facebook, Twitter or other social media platform.

20.3 Collecting prizes

Competition prizes/tickets may be limited to certain periods of the year and, unless otherwise stated, all prizes must be claimed within six months of the competition draw date.

If prizes are to be supplied by third parties, the winner will be required to complete any applicable booking or other formalities directly with such suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts/negligence of any other person or company.

Free shipping

Applied at checkout, discount will be equal to the shipping cost to that country. Shipping to other countries may still incur a fee . "Free UK delivery" applies to mainland Great Britain only and excludes Northern Ireland.

Multi-Buy

Discount applies to the cheapest item in the basket that meets the promotional requirements.

Exceptions

Gift vouchers and other specifically identified items are excluded from the discount. We reserve the right to change the list of excluded products at any time. Only one discount code can be used in one basket.
